Apprenticeships
As the new workeforce of the future, apprentices earn a wage whilst training with experienced staff to gain job-specific skills.
Employees will be released on a regular basis for Theory and Practical training with our experienced instructors where the
apprentices receive training to work towards nationally recognised qualifications. Anyone living in England, and between the
age of 16-19 and not in full-time education can apply.
The minimum salary is £2.50 per hour; however, many apprentices earn significantly more.
Based in South Woodham Ferrers we are recruiting apprentices for local and surrounding areas,our aim is to match
candidates with the best local employers we can and provide young people with real recognised qualifications for the future.

Apprenticeships we offer:
- Plant Operations NVQ Level 2.
- Highways Maintenace Diploma/NVQ Level 2.
- General Construction Operations Level 2.
